Transparent Pricing
All coordination is prepaid and priced for maximum convenience:
One-way appointment ride (within 25 miles): $95
Pickup from appointment + 1 stop (pharmacy or grocery): $145
(Includes 30-minute grace period for errands)
Optional courtesy call to client or designated contact: $15
Important Note:
All coordination fees cover ride scheduling and logistical support only. Clients are responsible for paying separately for any prescriptions or grocery items at the time of pickup. Certified Seal Services does not handle or reimburse any direct purchase costs.
Please do not submit any PHI or HIPAA-protected information as part of your intake. Only non-sensitive coordination details are requested.

(up to 25 miles one-way from pickup or drop-off location)
Nationwide virtual coordination available in most major metro areas across the United States
(25-mile one-way limit applies to all rides nationwide)
How it Works
Step 1:
Client completes an online intake form outlining the service location, appointment time, and any special instructions. A secure Stripe payment link is included at the bottom of the intake form and must be submitted to initiate service.
Step 2:
Once intake and payment are received, the ride is reviewed for eligibility and availability.
Step 3:
If approved, we schedule and coordinate the ride and confirm trip details with the client.
Step 4:
An email confirmation is sent to the client and/or their designated contact with finalized appointment and ride details.
Step 5 (optional Add-On):
A courtesy notification can be sent once the client has arrived home safely. This is an optional paid add-on service.
Important Notes:
This is a non-medical, coordination-only service. No medical care, mobility assistance, or in-facility escorting is provided.
Clients must be fully alert, mobile, and able to make independent decisions. This service is not available for individuals under sedation, anesthesia, or with cognitive limitations.
New prescriptions from same-day appointments require separate scheduling, and only after the pharmacy has confirmed they are ready.
To avoid delays, clients are encouraged to pre-order groceries and prescriptions whenever possible.
All services must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Availability is Monday through Friday only.
This is a self-pay service. We do not accept insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or FSA/HSA cards.
All services are prepaid and non-refundable once booked.

We are not responsible for the conduct, punctuality, safety, or quality of service provided by any third-party vendor. By using this service, clients acknowledge and agree that any issues, complaints, or incidents related to the ride experience must be addressed directly with the third-party transportation provider.
Certified Seal Services will coordinate logistics to the best of our ability, but we assume no responsibility or legal liability for the actions or performance of third-party operators.
