  • Yes. All services — whether in-office or coordinated — require advance payment as part of the intake process. This secures your time and allows us to prepare for your appointment or referral.

  • We operate from a private location in Johns Creek, GA. The exact address is provided only after intake and payment are completed, to maintain the privacy and comfort of all clients.

  • No. Certified Seal Services offers intake and coordination only. Once intake and payment are complete, we arrange transportation and, if applicable, a non-medical recovery companion through our trusted third-party providers. All services are fully coordinated on your behalf, but not personally performed by our team.

  • Yes — for close-contact services such as fingerprinting, clients are required to wear a mask. A complimentary mask will be provided if needed.

  • Evening appointments are not available at this time. Limited weekend availability may be offered on a case-by-case basis for select high-value services. Please inquire in advance to see if accommodations can be made.

  • No. Certified Seal Services acts solely as an intake and coordination provider. Once your intake and payment are complete, you’ll be referred to one of our trusted third-party providers who will handle the service directly. We do not collect, process, or review any testing or background data ourselves.

  • Once your referral is complete, the third-party provider will assist with any questions regarding their platform, scheduling, or results.

  • Absolutely. We proudly serve nursing schools, CDL/truck driving programs, healthcare employers, travel nurse agencies, HR teams, and other professional organizations requiring notary or compliance support.

  • Yes, you may coordinate a ride for someone else; however, you must have their consent to do so. By submitting the intake form, you confirm that you are authorized to act on the client’s behalf and to share their personal and medical appointment details for coordination purposes. Please also provide a reliable caregiver or family contact to receive real-time updates during the service.
